| Steam Clean: Inspect machine, and if needed, remove concrete, dirt and oil.
Service Engine Inspection: As needed, change oil, install new filters, and replace worn belts and hoses.
Engine Electrical System: Check starter, alternator and wiring harness.
Service Hydraulic System: As needed, change filters, and clean all screens.
Hydraulic System: As needed, service the operation of the pump drive gearbox and flow pumps, adjust pressure settings, repair leaks, replace hoses and check valves for proper operation.
Electrical System: Inspection of control box, and if needed, send to manufacturer for repair, and replace any cables.
Frame Inspection: Thorough inspection of main frame.
Conveyor: Inspection of rollers, bearings and service drive.
Trimmerhead: Inspect teeth and replace as needed, inspect idler bearings, check gearbox for proper operation and inspect auger for possible repair or replacement.
Legs: Check inner and outer tubes for excessive wear, repair or replace upper and lower bearings, inspect lift and steer cylinders.
Tracks: Inspect chain for acceptable tolerances, and inspect the drive gearbox.
The Final Finish: Machine can be taken to the final finish, with media blasting, new paint and machine decals. |
