Job Description: |
The Field Service and Warranty Assistant Manager provides 24-hr troubleshooting assistance for GOMACO customers. The position organizes and dispatches services representatives and tracks service billing.

Job/Education Requirements: |
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist customers, dealers and vendors with troubleshooting Provide 24-hr assistance for customers Organize and dispatch the service representatives Complete ISO incident reports Complete expense reports Warranty claims processing Provide assistance for special projects and to other departments as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong troubleshooting skills Strong working knowledge of GOMACO products and parts Highly developed communications skills with a customer service focus Strong knowledge of how electrical and hydraulic components work Strong computer skills. Ability to work with spreadsheets and word processing programs Ability to comprehend, retain and complete assigned duties and instructions
