Job Description: Description: GOMACO has an opening for an International District Sales Manager who will be reporting to the Director of International Sales. This position would manage the Latin America region, organize/manage the dealer network, and market/promote the sale of equipment to achieve the Company’s short and long term business objectives for the products and markets in this region.



Job/Education Requirements: Requirements: Provide direction and leadership for the regions dealer network.

Implement the sales strategy and tactics to ensure the Company’s sales
goals and objectives are achieved.

Develop sales and marketing plans that align with the Company’s vision.

Provide consistent onsite support to train, promote, and finalize customer
deals alongside the local staff, agents and distributors.

Act as a liaison for all communication between the Company and
international agents and distributors in the region.

Evaluate distributor and agent performance against business and growth
objectives and hold quarterly reviews to discuss performance.

Responsible for mentoring, coaching, training and motivating the
sales staff of the distributors in the region.

Provide information on territorial trends: market growth, market
direction and competition.

Qualifications:

Proven record of sales success in an international sales environment.

Must have excellent communication and relationship building skills.

Must possess strong international skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent Spanish/English bi-lingual skills both oral and written

Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.

Ability to take initiative and be flexible.

Energetic and personable individual who is goal and team oriented.

International travel and/or work experience preferred.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

5 years of demonstrated success in developing and managing an International Region.

Extensive international travel.

Must have experience working with International Dealer Network
